60 Minute $95
During this 1 hour treatment your massage therapist will discuss your areas of concern and come up with a treatment plan to execute while you are on the table. The massage therapist will explain what they intend to do while you are on the table, and ensure your comfort and safety is a priority during your treatment.
90 Minute $135
During this 1 hour 30 minute treatment your massage therapist will discuss your areas of concern and come up with a treatment plan to help decrease your discomfort or treat areas of focus. This session is typically a full body massage with more time directed to your areas of concern.
30 Minute $47
During this 30 minute treatment your massage therapist will discuss your areas of concern and come up with a treatment plan to best suit your needs. This timeframe is best suited for children and teens new to massage, or a more specialized massage for areas like the jaw, or those who feel discomfort from TMJD.
45 Minute $70
During this 45 minute treatment your massage therapist will discuss your areas of concern and come up with a treatment plan to best treat your needs. This timeframe is also best suited for children and teens ages 7-16 years old.
Cupping
Cupping is a massage technique that uses hard plastic cups applied to your body with suction to allow for myofascial release. Cupping helps to bring fresh oxygen and blood into the muscles, allowing you to relax. Cupping is offered complimentary to any 60 or 90 minute massage session.

This treatment will exfoliate you from neck to toes, as well as add much needed minerals to your skin. Allow me to scrub off any dry skin with a Prairie Sunflower Sugar Scrub.
